APPEARANCE
While in armor, Fefnir appears as a fairly bulky man, especially with his face being less softly designed than his siblings'. Not only does this make it easier to have himself taken seriously, but he also tends to appear older than a couple of them, even though all four are the same age. Outside of his armor, however, Fefnir has an identical build to the other four, and people are often shocked to see what he actually looks like underneath it. While it does annoy him when they act like he's somehow weaker looking, Fefnir is proud of his appearance and isn't the least bit self-conscious about going around without his armor.

PERSONALITY
- The Kings were made and raised by X and Zero, but were forced to rise through the ranks of the Maverick Hunters before being given armies. As such, they're no stranger to hard work, and while they might grumble at a loss of position, if X or Zero agreed with the demotion, then clearly they did something wrong and any of them would jump at the chance to fix it, learn, and re-prove themselves.
- Like his siblings, Fefnir is burningly loyal to X. While it isn't quite as obsessive as Phantom's, it is unquestioning, and he trusts Master X without a thought.
- While his loyalty to Commander Zero is similarly as strong, it isn't quite the same. Though he does respect the fact that Zero is his superior, he doesn't view him as a "master" like he does X. Instead, Zero is someone that Fefnir considers as his rival, and Fefnir is something close to addicted to fighting with him. Because of this, he's quick to jump on any chance to spar with -- or genuinely fight -- Zero that's allowed to him. Despite this, however, Fefnir is anything but insubordinate; he will always follow orders, only indulging his desire when it's fine enough to do so.
- Though Zero is the one who he looks to the most, Fefnir enjoys fighting in general, both for the rush of combat and just because he enjoys violence overall immensely. He never willingly backs down from anyone who starts a fight, and is even disappointed if he's ordered to step back or retreat. Being a trained general and one of Neo Arcadia's protectors, however, his duty comes before his pleasure and he'll never engage in a way that endangers innocents around him unless there's no other choice (or delaying combat would endanger more).
- Because of X's policy of equality, Fefnir thinks nothing of using violence on humans. He is keenly aware of their much weaker state, however, and is careful when fighting to arrest them; when fighting to kill, such as when they've gone Maverick, he holds nothing back.
- Fefnir is not a subtle person. He wears his feelings in the open, he doesn't try to trick or deceive others, and when it comes to him, what you see and hear is pretty much what's there. In fact, Fefnir detests drastic or overly unfair measures -- such as bombing an enemy base while the enemy is there -- as he finds it beneath them, but he will carry out such orders if given without a fight. Again, his duty comes before his own feelings, and if something like that would save the people he wants to protect, it's something he needs to do.
- In fact, that's the attitude Fefnir has to a lot of things, picked up from both of his parents: whatever his personal feelings, if it brings about the protection of the people under him or the world he's trying to restore, it needs to be done. That's all there is to it.
- Despite his forward nature, Fefnir isn't an idiot or naive by any example. He's not as sharp as his other siblings, sure, but he is still a heavily trained and a heavily skilled general, and his intelligence reflects that. This means he's fully aware of how some enemies think of him, and of how some seem to assume he's ignorant; he's more than happy to use this misconception against them.
- Like this other siblings, Fefnir's rage boils when an enemy has caused Master X any sort of harm. Though he still adheres to their laws, that a surrendering enemy should be captured and all criminals should be tried, he is far more merciless in combat against such enemies. This means that any who've caused harm to X and fight Fefnir have very little time to save their own skin; because of his natural ferocity being boosted by his anger, very few who actually fight back come out alive.

ABOUT
Like his three siblings, Fighting Fefnir was created at the request of X and Zero. Because the world needed massive terraforming to be habitable, but the very act of doing so was dangerous, the two knew they had to find some way to put together a group that could handle both aspects of it. After some debate and discussions with scientists, the best way that was found would be to mix X's and Zero's DNA into a single Reploid, then duplicate it and make minor changes in order to create a small unit that could handle both sides. X and Zero both agreed, and so the Four Heavenly Kings were born, though they wouldn't be given that title until much later.
Fefnir's schematics were designed with an emphasis on X's ground combat capabilities, particularly the ones dealing with earth and fire. He and Leviathan are "tied" for the youngest of the four, mostly due to similar attitudes leaving them a bit behind in terms of social prowess and grace when compared to their older brothers Harpuia and Phantom. This doesn't bother Fefnir in the slightest, however, as he believes that those two are better suited to generally run the Kings as a whole, and are certainly smarter than him. He's happy to just focus on his talents and let the chips -- or promotions, in some cases -- fall where they fall in relation to it.
Terraforming-wise, Fefnir handles the earth itself and what's on it. While he does have some cross-over with his siblings (Harpuia for setting up forests and Leviathan for handling beaches, for instance), his specialty is low down in the dirt and he takes this very seriously. As such, he can scan soil for inconsistencies or toxins, he knows exactly the ratio of clean to dirty to let the planet start fixing itself, and he's even an expert in cleansing fires -- burning dead swaths of land and then mixing the ash in with the dirt to try and help growth. However, he does often consult with Harpuia before burning trashed areas like junkyards, as it could do more harm than good if something burning put a nasty chemical in the air withotu Harpuia there to cleanse it.
ABILITIES
- With his terraforming abilities, Fefnir can essentially make any plot of land livable. He might need help if the land's corruption also includes water or air issues, but the ground itself he can till, purify, and settle so that it can easily support life, whether human or plant.
- He is immensely durable, far more so than his other siblings, and as such can take far more punishment than they can without slowing down. In addition, of the four, he can fight with the most damage done to him before collapsing. All of them were made off X's and Zero's schematics, but it's Fefnir who inherited the most out of that.
- The downside to this durability is that he's also much heavier in his armor. This means he's nowhere near as agile as his siblings, and as such, has vastly different tactics. Rather than something like, say, the impossible-to-follow speed that Harpuia favors, Fefnir instead goes for overwhelming power in his tactics, preferring to completely crush the enemy in a few brutal exchanges rather than wear them down slowly. As such, his Army tends towards having the most enemy casualties out of any of the four, though they are still immensely careful not to kill those who are unconscious or who surrender. It's simply that their harsh power prevents a lot of enemies from having the chance to realize they need to surrender before they die.
- His weapon is a pair of multi-type launchers (essentially, rocket launchers without the usual "single ammo type" restriction) that are named "Sodom and Gomorrah". The two of them are part of the Ten Shining Weapons, incredibly advanced, powerful weapons created solely for the top-tier Maverick Hunters (alongside his siblings' weapons, as well as his parents' weapons -- the Z-Saber and X-Buster -- even though the latter two were not specifically crafted). Because of Fefnir's strategy of overwhelming power, Sodom and Gomorrah were the only ones that could stand up to his needs and the wear and tear imposed on them, meaning Fefnir is incredibly reluctant to use anything else.
- That being said, because his weapon of choice is something so heavily destructive, Fefnir is incredibly skilled with hand-to-hand combat when necessary, and even carries a smaller, more standard-issue laser blade hidden in his armor for in case it's needed. He vastly prefers not to bother with it, but he comes prepared no matter what.
- He is incredibly skilled with the launchers, and can fire them in any direction and on the fly.
- Specific move-wise, the ones Fefnir favors:
Charge: Basic chain move, makes all his next attacks stronger.
Shot Barrage: Rapidly fires a few shots towards the enemy. (Larger shots with Charge active)
Ground Break: Jumps up in to the air then punches the ground to create a short ranged energy wave. (Twice as large with Charge active)
Rocket Upper: Dashes towards an enemy to grab them, then punches them hard into the air. (If Charged, he's fast enough to grab them in the air and slam them into the ground)
Fire Explosion: Summons a mortar launcher-like cannon which fires two shots in an arching angle. The first shot bursts mid air and the second bursts when it hits the ground. When the shots burst they send seven particles outward in a fan spread.
Meteor Rain [EX SKILL]: Fires 12 shots upward which rain down in an increasingly outward fashion.
Hell Fire [EX SKILL]: Creates fire pillars which erupt from the ground in an alternating fashion.
